Yes, turns out jellyfish don't only die if they're exposed to sun out of the water, but they EVAPORATE. Jellyfish are about 98% water, so if one washes up the shore, they'll likely cease to exist in about an hour. Did you now that? Waddaya think? Let us know in the comments!

ReplyDeleteCuriously enough, it is the only species that I know of that his an inmortal specimen. They are called Turritopsis Nutricula. Their life cycle is neverending. Meaning when they get really old and its time for them to die they just become a baby again. Imagine that! Crazy creatures!
